We service the full Lenovo range — ThinkPad, IdeaPad, Yoga, Legion and the V-series — at our workshop on Velachery Tambaram Main Road in Medavakkam. Lenovo splits sharply between ThinkPads, which are built to be serviced and last well, and consumer IdeaPads, which need more care to open without breaking clips. We handle both, including the hybrid hinge mechanisms on Yoga convertibles that most shops will not touch.
Diagnosis is free, doorstep pickup across south Chennai is free, and you get a firm price before anything is opened up. Everything is repaired in-house, including component-level board work that most shops send away.
Free diagnosis, free doorstep pickup and drop, and a firm price before we open the machine. Open Mon - Sat: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM.
After years of working on these machines, the same handful of failures come up again and again on Lenovo laptops:
ThinkPad spares are widely available and we can source most IdeaPad and Yoga parts within a day or two. Swollen batteries are handled and disposed of safely.
Honest, upfront pricing with no hidden charges. These are the real ranges we quote at our Medavakkam counter. Diagnosis is always free, and we call you with an exact figure before we start any work.
* Ranges are estimates. The final price depends on your exact brand and model. Free diagnosis, no obligation.
No — we are an independent multi-brand service centre, and that is usually to your advantage once a laptop is out of warranty. We repair boards at component level instead of replacing whole assemblies, so our quotes are typically well below a brand centre. If your Lenovo laptop is still under manufacturer warranty, use the brand centre first — we will tell you so rather than take the job.
It depends entirely on the fault. Screen replacement generally runs Rs.2,500 to Rs.6,500, batteries Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000, and chip-level motherboard work Rs.800 to Rs.5,500. Diagnosis is free and we give you a firm price before starting, so there are no surprises on the bill.

Almost always, yes. Out-of-warranty machines are the bulk of what we do. Because we repair at component level, we can often revive Lenovo laptops that have been quoted as needing a full motherboard replacement, or declared beyond economical repair elsewhere.
