No — we are an independent multi-brand service centre, and that is usually to your advantage once a laptop is out of warranty. We repair boards at component level instead of replacing whole assemblies, so our quotes are typically well below a brand centre. If your HP laptop is still under manufacturer warranty, use the brand centre first — we will tell you so rather than take the job.
It depends entirely on the fault. Screen replacement generally runs Rs.2,500 to Rs.6,500, batteries Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000, and chip-level motherboard work Rs.800 to Rs.5,500. Diagnosis is free and we give you a firm price before starting, so there are no surprises on the bill.
