Worth asking before you buy anything. A laptop that has simply become slow rarely needs replacing - an SSD upgrade usually fixes it for far less than a replacement machine costs. Bring the old laptop in and we will diagnose it free, then tell you honestly which way round makes more sense. We would rather sell you a Rs.2,000 upgrade you are happy with than a Rs.20,000 laptop you did not need.
Every machine we sell has been opened, cleaned, tested and brought up to a usable standard before it goes on the shelf. That means a health check on the battery, a fresh SSD where the original drive is tired, new thermal paste, a clean Windows installation, and a full function test of the ports, keyboard, trackpad, camera and WiFi. It is not simply a second-hand laptop wiped and resold.
Our refurbished machines carry a warranty covering hardware faults, with the exact term written on your bill at purchase. Because we are a repair workshop, any warranty work is done by us in-house rather than being sent away.

Yes. We buy working and non-working laptops, and we take machines in part-exchange against a refurbished purchase. Bring it in for a free valuation - if you have data on it we will wipe the drive securely, or you are welcome to keep the drive.
Absolutely, and we would encourage it. Come to the Medavakkam shop, use the machine, type on it, check the screen and ports. We will show you the battery health reading and the specifications rather than asking you to take our word for it.
