Yes. Desktops are awkward to transport, so for most desktop faults we prefer to visit you. Onsite visits cover Medavakkam and the surrounding areas of south Chennai. If the machine needs board-level work we take just the cabinet back to the workshop and return it once it is done.
In the large majority of cases it is the SMPS power supply rather than anything on the motherboard. It is an inexpensive part and a quick swap. If the power supply tests fine, the next suspects are the RAM, the CMOS battery and then the motherboard itself.
Very often, yes. An SSD plus a RAM top-up turns most office desktops from unusable to perfectly comfortable for browsing, Office work and video calls, typically for a fraction of the cost of a new machine. We will tell you honestly when a machine is too old to be worth it.
Yes. We build gaming and workstation PCs to your budget, assemble and cable them properly, install the OS and drivers, and stress-test before handover. We are happy to advise on the parts list first, including telling you where spending more will not actually help you.
