This is our main workshop - every repair happens here, including component-level motherboard work, rather than being sent out to a third party. That means you can walk in, ask what stage your machine is at, and get an answer from the person actually working on it.

No. Walk in whenever suits you. Free diagnosis takes about fifteen minutes for most machines, and small jobs such as a battery swap, RAM upgrade or software reinstall can often be done while you wait.
No. Diagnosis is free whether you walk in or we collect the machine. We tell you what is wrong and what it will cost, and you can take the laptop away without paying anything if you would rather not proceed.
Free pickup and delivery covers Medavakkam, Velachery, Madipakkam, Madambakkam, Gowrivakkam, Nanmangalam, Sembakkam, Perumbakkam, Selaiyur, Camp Road, Rajakilpakkam, Thiruvancheri, Noothenchery and Navalur. There is no minimum repair value.
